Managing your work desk
The Rolos Platform provides you with a working desk that is based on the VS Code editor. The desk uses a virtual environment.
Selecting virtual environment
You select a virtual environment to use for your desk when creating a project. You can change the project virtual environment and its configuration during an active project session.
The selected configuration is kept for the project desk during the current session. The session expires when the timeout for the virtual environment reset expires. The timeout is 72 hours of idle time after your last activity in the project. After the timeout expiration, the virtual environment is reset. In this case, you will need to set up a new environment when you return to the project.
Customizing virtual environment
By default, Rolos Platform provides you with a wide range of pre-configured environment templates, which enables you to select an environment that is more suitable for your project. See Default virtual environments for the details.
You can customize the configuration of a default template on the project creation or during an active session.
You cannot install and update extensions. |
